At 17, Charlotte Muller was diagnosed with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), meaning she inherited high cholesterol. Having lost her mom to the disease, she committed herself to a healthy lifestyle. Through diet and exercise, Muller lowered her total cholesterol by 100 points.
