Hannah Kerlin has had IBS-C since 2015. She had symptoms for six to 12 months before finally seeing her doctor. Now, she manages her condition with diet, stress management, and relaxation exercises like yoga. Part of her journey has been learning to be open with her doctor, her family, and her close friends.
