Thera-M can be used to help meet nutritional needs when you do not get enough vitamins and minerals in the things you eat and drink. Thera-M is usually well tolerated, but some people may get an upset stomach when taking it. If this happens, try taking Thera-M with food to see if it helps decrease these side effects. If you continue to have trouble with an upset stomach even when taking Thera-M with food, talk to your pharmacist or other health care provider.
