Stars Show Us What Aging Well Looks Like

Is there a fountain of youth?
As we get older, we notice changes in our bodies. We know, of course, that such changes come with time. However, some celebrities seem to be aging backward. Is there a fountain of youth that their money and riches have granted them access to? If so, these celebrities need to let us in on the secret.

Vanessa Williams
A former beauty queen, at almost 60, Vanessa Williams could easily win another beauty pageant. She admits that after the age of 50, it becomes harder to keep up appearances. She says that despite new anti-aging solutions, new wrinkles and new dark spots show up almost daily. The desire to stay beautiful while aging inspired her to start her own skincare line called ReVitalistic.

Christy Turlington Burns
At 53, Christy Turlington Burns is still an age-defying beauty and cover girl who is often shot by the paparazzi. She loves yoga and running and even completed the New York City Marathon in 2011. The benefits went to her organization Every Mother Counts.
Her eating habits include drinking smoothies with vegetables in them.

Beyonce
Now in her 40s, Beyonce continues to be one of the world's most popular and beautiful superstars. She states via her website that hitting her 40s was the first time she understood what it meant to be alive and to live in the moment. She has found the strength to give herself permission to enjoy all of her hard work, and she feels the absolute best that she ever has.

Jennifer Garner
Now in her 50s, Jennifer Garner is devoted to maintaining a youthful glow. She does this with her SPF sunscreen. She remarks that using sunscreen has to be as natural as brushing your hair or brushing your teeth before using the bathroom. She remembers having sun damage as a child, and this contributed to her devoted use of the product.

Halle Berry
In her mid-50’s, Halle Berry still has one of the most recognizable figures anywhere. Four times a week, she works out for an hour and a half. Her routine exercises several muscles at once.
As a diabetic, she eats five times a day to regulate her blood sugar. She chooses fresh, whole foods, including plenty of protein and vegetables.

Sarah Jessica Parker
This fashion icon is known for her show "Sex and the City." She maintains a youthful look while also fighting misogynistic views: She said that gray hair is gray hair, and it is wrong that it is considered exquisite on men but not on women. She says you can't please everyone, whether you choose to age naturally and gracefully or if you have surgery, so she chooses to look natural and asks what is she supposed to do, stop aging?

Jennifer Lopez
J-Lo is definitely still “body goals” well into her 50s. This singer, actress, and dancer says that keeping a positive mindset is important, though, just like exercise and diet. She believes in affirmations, and chants “I am youthful and timeless” every day, because the sensation of aging is, ultimately, in the mind.
