  • Droopy eyelids
  • Double vision
  • Having a hard time swallowing with a higher risk of gagging and choking
  • Change in the quality of your voice
  • Increasing weakness of a particular muscle group during continuous use of those muscles and improved strength of muscles after resting those muscle groups
  • Weak cough
  • Having a hard time breathing, leading to respiratory failure (myasthenic crisis)
  • Unclear speech
  • Fatigue with chewing
  • Uncommonly, only weak arms or legs
  • You notice a droopy eyelid or double vision.
  • You have a hard time chewing or swallowing.
  • You notice muscle weakness now and then that improves after rest.
  • You already have myasthenia gravis and you have a hard time breathing.
