Would get at least one or two migraines per week. Started taking 400 mg of b2 per day. After about a month, migraines drastically decreased. Six months later, and I barely get them now. Stopped b2 for a month, migraines came right back. Back on them now and no problems since.

My neuro suggested 200mg 2x daily. I could only find riboflavin (B2) in this super-high dose at a vitamin store, but for about $5 for a 1-month supply, figured I'd give it a try. I lasted about a week - the constipation was horrendous. I wish I could have taken it for longer to see if it could have helped.
